Payment, Delivery, and Return Policy
1. Payment
1.1. Payments can be made only through the methods provided on our website: https://fabao.ae
1.2. We accept Visa and MasterCard bank cards.
1.3. All payments are processed via the Stripe payment gateway, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
1.4. Our payment system complies with international security standards. All data is transmitted over secure channels using encryption technologies.
1.5. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and are not stored on our website.
1.6. Possible reasons for payment failure include: the card is not authorized for online payments; insufficient funds; incorrect card details; the card has expired.

2. Delivery
2.1. Courier Delivery within the UAE
Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is carried out on business days.

Other Emirates: AED 55
Delivery time within the UAE is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
We always aim to deliver orders within this timeframe; however, in rare cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical factors).
The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout and is payable on the website at the time of placing the order.
🇦🇪 UAE customers:
At the moment, we are waiting for the next delivery of Zhangguang 101B Hair Tonic to the UAE.
If your order includes 101B, dispatch may take up to ~2 weeks.
We are already on it and will ship your order as soon as the new batch arrives. Thank you for your understanding
Please note: All delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, courier delays, and access restrictions.
2.2. Delivery to GCC Countries
Delivery to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) is available at a fixed rate of AED 180 for shipments up to 1 kg.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier service used.
Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
2.3. International Delivery (Outside the GCC)
We offer international shipping to most countries outside the GCC.
This shipping policy applies to orders placed on or after January 14, 2026. For these orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. The final delivery cost is displayed on the payment page and depends on the destination country and the total weight of the parcel.
For international orders placed before January 14, 2026, shipping is arranged manually. In these cases, our support team will contact the customer from info@fabao.ae and provide a separate link to pay for shipping. The shipping cost is calculated individually for each parcel, depending on the destination country.
2.4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in product or shipping prices. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The recipient is responsible for ensuring successful customs clearance.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, failed customs clearance, or an incorrect/insufficient address, shipping charges are non-refundable. Re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
If customs authorities require parcel abandonment or destruction, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1. Change-of-Mind Returns (online purchases)
We accept returns requested within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that all of the following are met:

the product is unused;

the original packaging is unopened and undamaged;

all seals, membranes and labels remain intact;

the item was purchased directly from fabao.ae and a valid order number is provided.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care/cosmetic products are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed or the wrong item was delivered.
3.2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please email info@fabao.ae within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number;

clear photos/video of the product, packaging and shipping label;

a brief description of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
3.3. How to Start a Return
Email info@fabao.ae with the subject line “Product Return” and include your order number. Our team will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
3.4. Processing of Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. If the return does not meet the conditions in 3.1, we will return the item to you (shipping at your cost).
3.5. Non-Returnable Items

opened/used/unsealed cosmetics and personal care items (unless defective/wrong item);

items marked Final Sale;

free gifts and samples;

gift cards and vouchers.
3.6. Exchanges (UAE only)
Subject to availability, unopened items eligible under 3.1 may be exchanged once within the 7-day window. Exchange shipping fees may apply.
