6. Delivery
We offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), GCC countries, and internationally.
Delivery options, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed or are communicated separately after order confirmation, depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
For deliveries within the UAE, the estimated delivery timeframe is typically 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination, parcel weight, courier tariffs, and selected delivery method.
All delivery timeframes provided on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, access restrictions, or other logistical factors.
For international and cross-border shipments, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, and other governmental charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs duties, failed customs clearance, refusal to accept delivery, customer unavailability, or an incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs and any return shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier or upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided by the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns are accepted if requested within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that:

all seals, protective membranes, and labels are intact.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
7.2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product, a damaged item, or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fabao.ae with:

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7.3. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
7.4. Non-Returnable Items

opened, used, or unsealed cosmetics and personal care products (unless defective or incorrect item supplied);
